1989 Mariner 60HP 2 strokes

Hi, I have recently purchased an old engine without the fuel pump.
I installed a used pump and I have notice the pump has 4 holes for screws.???
But, the parts catalog shows only (3) screws are used?

The way I see the diagram above, it is 3 screws and the top left accepts parts 10,3,9 and not a screw/bolt

???-----It takes 4 screws.-----10,3,9 are a valve I think !!!!---And note that there are 2 valve assemblies, an inlet and outlet for fuel.-----Get that screw at any hardware store at 29 cents each.
