Re: 1989 Kawasaki 650 TS
Hi man, I am not a pwc mechanic but I saw noone answered your request. I would first blow out the spark plug holes with compressed air, then spray wd 40 into the threads where they meet the head. Let it sit overnight then the next day try to remove the plugs. Once they were out the rest is a matter of opinion. I actually heard you should pour a capfull of transmission fluid (if you dont dig that use a premium 2 stroke oil if its 2 stroke) into the spark plug holes and let that seep in. All your fuel lines probably need to be replaced as well as the oil lines. Buy new plugs (and gap)and use antiseize and silicone on the wires, plugs and fuel filter. Try starting on your lawnmower gas tank bypassing your boat fuel tank first. Please reply how you made out? No one ever replies that they fixed their sh#t. So noone ever knows if it worked.
