Is this a small express cruiser? If so I have seen them before.

Nada won't tell you anything about current fair market value. Nada will likely give you a hint what it was possibly worth 4 or 5 years ago.

GW Invader boats have been around a long time.
Made some great little boats back in the 60's and 70's, before they got into runabouts and cruisers.

Very limited and patchy info on them.
Looks like they made 20, 22, and 23' boats in 1989.

I bought a 90 hp merc last year near WI Dells, and took it off a 14' Invader.

Re: 1989 GW Invader 24'

This boat runs very strong newer interior and carpet.
Open bow with fiberglass cover that goes over the bow.
The floor boards need to be replaced.
454 365HP brovo one out drive.

the above is the description owner gave for boat, floor boards he says that he had a person replace an area above gas tank near rear seats, and he believes the person just put down a resin and the carpet floor. I am anticipating some floor removal and replacement, witch I can certainly do, the problems is to determine what a "fair" price would be that the seller and I can agree on.

This is generally a very large can 'o worms. It is rarely (VERY rarely) just the deck that is rotted. Usually once you get the deck up you'll find the stringers are shot too. And the transom would also be suspect. Rot is like cancer and spreads.

Yes I know...He said deck was replaced with 3/4" marine plywood 3 or 4 years ago. Asked about stringer and he said they were fine, if they still are fine i don't know.

just finding information on this boat is hard, i found manufacture on nada but they don't have a 24' BR listed. So back to researching tonight.
