I have a 1989 Evinrude 150 XP that is driving me insane. It takes me forever to get it started, but once it starts it runs fine and will all day long, it will restart with just a bump of the switch. It's just after it sets a few days that it will not start. I will go out and mess with it for 15-20 minutes and it seems to not be firing and then all of a sudden it will just fire right up. I have tried disconnecting the ignition and bypassing it and it makes no difference. This is an intermitting issue and I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
