Just picked up my first ever boat,so im pretty excited at this beast. Engine was winterized but has not ran in 3 years.almost all the water lines are disconnected at the clamps and i think ive figured most of them out but 2.

It would seem 2 go from the engine part that splits the water into a big silver box and then what looks like they come out the other side as normal water lines.

This box is in really rough shape and id like to replace it but i can't figure out what its called...i thought water heater but i cant find one with the large engine ports on the one side and the skinny lines on the other. Any one know what the name of it is?

Ive got so many questions about this boat and cant find a simple wire diagram or really anything. I got power to the switch panel and got the lights to work finally.

You are most likely going to have to post a pic or a bunch. There is a how to on posting pics in the adults only section. Usually have to resize them down a bit. Also probably should post serial numbers. This for an Alpha 1 drive and motor? Or something else?

Only thing I can think of that your description could be would be an after market heat exchanger. Does it have a radiator cap on it?

for a wiring diagram, the only thing published will be the engine related wiring that you can find in the factory service manual.
