New hear,
Have an 89 Cobalt 21BR with Volvo DP.. nice set up. Test drove and did fine brought home and took out to lake and was not shifting into gear right away .. forward gear..
I know the guy who sold it to us kept on a lift for last 4 years and dont think he ever trailered it..
I wonder if by trailering, taking the drive all the way up may have caused an issue with the shift cable??
I hear the parts for the unit are near impossible to find. Shift cones and such.
Advise would be great and also where to find parts if needed.
