1989 90HP Yahama Carb Issue?

I have mixed fuel coming out of the bottom carb. while off. What would cause this? Motor runs fine, I have yet to check compression but will do that this week.

Bad float or bad float needle valve/seat....best to get that carb removed and repaired....leaking gas is a fire hazard...
