1989 85 Force Controls Question

I have a 1989 85 horse motor on a 1989 bayliner capri. The motor controls are US Marine. Shown is the picture of the back of the controls. The connection the throttle cable is broken.

Can anyone help? I am trying to figure out how it attaches, what pieces I need to repair it, and where to get those pieces.

Most places don't seel the pieces to repair it.You will probably have to get a new one.
Someone on this site might have what you need or try e-bay.Just make sure the shifter is for a US Marine or Force or Chrysler.The others will come close but they won't usually work.J

Try to find the same one used is best bet.

I went to http://www.crowleymarine.com
and all I seen was the whole shifter part for sale maybe call them and ask what part you might need if they sell it

I think you are faced with buying a new controller. I've never found a palce that offers parts. Alternatively, you can troll eBay and try to pickup a used one.
