I have this motor on a 89 bass tracker and the motor starts up fine then when u get on plane running the motor stulls out unless you continuously pump the ball, thinking it was the ball itself so i replaced it and went back out and it is still happening....any info or fixes will be greatly apreciated, thanks

Two simple things come to mind. please forgive me if they seem too obvious.

1. fuel tank vent closed.
2.clogged fuel intake filter on the engine itself.

i hope one of these works. good luck.

You are burning the fuel faster than it is getting to the carbs.

Your primer bulb is strong enough to overcome the slow delivery.

Check for:
Restricted vent on tank.
Restricted fuel pickup in tank.
Pinched fuel line.
Air leak in the line or at tank or engine connection.
Clogged fuel filter.
Failed or failing fuel pump.
