1989 70 - cam follower bushing p/n?

The plastic bushing that covers the throttle cam follower on my 1989 70 is pretty worn. I can't seem to find it in the exploded parts diagram - can anyone help with a part number? Anything else needed to replace it? Thanks.

ROLLER & SLEVE cam follower = 397499
This is the little plastic roller that rides on the throttle cam assy.
