I am looking at buying a 1989 boat and motor .I would like info on that motor,good or bad.I have been burned before on problem motors. Thanks.

Compression and spark test, sea trial, then buy; depending on price/condition.

I just sold one this fall with no cables or controls forn $1200. I think he paid a little too much but that's what he offered, i wasn't gonna argue.
