I am in the process of rebuilding my Quadrajet after having sat for 2 years. I have disassembled and soaked in cleaner and run through a ultrasonic. I am putting it back together and my kit does not have float specs.

Does anyone have the float specs for the quadrajet?

Also, is there an reassembly instructions? I removed more than I took pictures of and do not remember the linkage for the base plate.

Make sure all the passages are clear before putting it back together

Thanks for the advice so far. Those videos helped me with reassembly.

Does anyone know the part number or how to find the part number for the Power Piston spring? I can get a kit with many different spring sizes but I do not know which one is the right one. FYI - my rebuild kit didn't have one and I can't find the original one. @Lou C you have a lot of experience with these. Do you know?

Believe it or not but you can use a spring from Bic Pen (I have with no issues whatsoever!

Float setting varies depending which Float is used, and there are several Dozen different Floats. That info should have been in the Carb Kit. I will assume you are using a Kit from Mercury.
As for the Power Piston Spring. Mercury does have a Power Piston Kit, which shows the Piston, Spring and Float Clip
Part # 1397-8957. It is no longer Available, but one Seller has several in stock. About $17. I will PM you the info. Can't do that as you are unable to receive PMs
