1989 268 Sundancer Canvas

I have a camper canvas on my 268 Sundancer that is in terrible condition. The price quotes I get for a whole new one ranges from 2000 to 2800. I was wondering if anyone has info on a cheaper route. Some of my parts can be salvaged. Its mainly the tops that are no good.

Well my experience is canvas is very expensive to replace....those numbers do not surprise me.....good luck with it..I just paid $550 for a simple cockpit cover....the 268 is a great layout....my buddy almost bought one a few months back.

I replaced my 1985 268 Sundancer two years ago and had to cough to the tune of 2100, although I went for the custom camper with complete window extending 2ft above the windshield for visibility...

The result was virtually a new boat....well worth the extra money to stay dry and have plenty of room as long as you spend time and sleep on it..
