1989 20hp Merc outboard - looking for Mercury service manual

I have a '89 20 hp outboard and think it needs at least a carb rebuild. Shuts off when going to full throttle. Tried Seafoam with no luck. Found that if I pulled the choke out fully I could run at full throttle.

Looking for a manufacturers service book but not sure where to get it. Look at the two main available manuals, Clymer, Seloc but reviews don't seem to be that great especially since they seem to cover a large number of motors.

I'm mechanical inclined but I've never done anything major to the motor except replacing the lower unit.

Any help would be appreciated.
