1989 200 ETLF Carb question

I have a 1989 200 ETLF that seems to be having a carb/fuel problem just off idle. Idle is beautiful and full power is also???? Have checked and cleaned all (6) main jets and all (6)idle jets. Any ideas on where in the carb the problem might be??????

A complete rebuild of the carbs and replacement of the fuel pumps is due. Replacing the fuel connector disconect with a straight hose would also be in order. The problem could also be improper adjustment of the air idle screws. Run them in to a soft stop and back out 1 1/4 turns. Also check for proper carb sync.
