1988 Yamaha 150

Whenever I run the engine about 10 minutes, it misses on three cylinders. When it cools down it starts and runs fine. Replaced the coil pulsar, but this did not help.

Does it miss on any one specific cylinder or all three? Check your plug wires. As temp increases so does resistance. Increased resistance increases the etc... and so on. So if one of your plug wires is getting bad, that might be the problem. If it's missing on all cylinders randomly, it's something that they have in common. It consistantly misses on the same three cylinders. The coil pulsar has been replaced with no improvement.
