1988 yamaha 150 misses on three cylinders

Whenever I travel 10 minutes or so, the engine starts to miss on the same three cylinders. After I shut it off, it runs fine for another 10 minutes.The coil pulsar has been changed with no improvement. <br />The engine has 1100 hours.

my 84 150 did this and it turned out to be the stator. when it warmed up some of the windings shorted out. replaced it and it ran fine since.
