i need some advice, this motor is killing me, it mainley misses at near wot, but today after i put in, i pulled out of the marina, everytime i tried to give it throttle, i thought it was gonna die, i acted just like the choke was hung or something, everything but th smoke, no smoke, but it all of the sudden cleared up after about 15 min, then it ran perfect till it got up to around 50mph, then it started cutting out again,backed off, hammered again, ran good,once i got it coming up pretty high, it started again, and so on, and so forth. seems to be no patterns, but the last 3 passes, probably 1/4 mile,maybe less, no problem whatsoever, i would come to a stop, trim all the way down, mash it to the floor, and it would jump straight up on plane, immediatly i started trimming it up, almost constantly, till i got close to 60mph, and then i let off, it was almost dark, but it ran perfect.new filter, plugs,coils, power packs, wires, could this be as simple as a couple carb kits, to me it just sounds and feels like it's starving, but i realize i could be elec. too, where do i start???
