Hey forum.
Ive got an 88 sunrunner 215cv cuddy cabin w/ a 305 and volvo drive. Im not certain which drive I have but Im sure this is bad. I hit something submerged and now the drive wont raise at all. There is a piston that comes down and appears to push a piece of linkage to release the lock which keeps the drive down. The housing around the piston is cracked and the pieces of linkage that should be there is gone. (the rest of the linkage that connects to the locking lever is still there). My question is, is this something that is repairable or should I start looking for a new drive? Thanks in advance.
