on my 1988 70 HP model#70ELPTO serial # 0B345507 on the side of the engine is a wiring harness about 1inch round 4inches long with 4 wires coming out. the plug has a Part # 84-41591-A2 on it there are 2 wires not connected to anything and I need to know if they need to be hooked I see nowhere they could go.1 is dark brown with a male plug on the end the other is a Tan wire with a female end.do these 2 plug into ea.other or are they just for some type of accy.any help would be great.
