1988 mercury 25hp chirp noise

I have a 1988 mercury 25hp and it's been sitting since the end of January. I'm fixing to get it up and going for duck season and when I started it today it was making a chirping noise. I took a video so y'all can here it. as far as I know this isn't normal.

The motor is missing on a cylinder when on muffs, and idle is higher than when in the water. Backpressure on the exhaust is needed to see if the motor is OK when running. Place the motor in a barrel whit water over the cav plate about 5" and see if the chirp, miss is gone. If it idles at 650-700 RPM's and no chirping, then run it. Otherwise do a tune-up and replace the plugs. JMO
