I couldn't see the first and third pictures well enough. The second picture shows the power trim wires. They should connect to the PTT solenoids.

The rubber piece looks like the insert to the cowling where cables would enter the engine.

1st pic... red is batt +, tan plugs to tan at male side harness (temp gauge), tan/blue terminates under tan/blue on plastic block above solenoid..
2nd pic.... blue, green trim solenoids and switch in cowl.. tan see above.. brown/black trim gauge (should be same color wire from sender on clamp)
3rd pic... "The rubber piece looks like the insert to the cowling where cables would enter the engine."

The rubber piece look like something used on a big Johnson.
