1988 Merc 100hp 4 cyl leaking oil through motor

I have eliminated the oil tank and oil lines. It's not that stuff that is leaking. It must be either the oil pump or the fuel pump that is leaking right into the power head. Which is one most likely the culprit? I'm thinking fuel pump.

Well, turns out it's the oil pump that was leaking into the motor.

Is the oil pump servicable? My Merc manual does not cover rebuilding the oil pump. How do I replace the seals?
