Does anyone know where I can find the plastic gromet where the shift cables and fuel line go into a 1988 force 85hp outboard. Mine is worn down so shift cables slip thru.
They are supposed to slip through there.The part is called a remote bracket with a rod end connector stud.That what's supposed to hold the cable.The towershafy and shift mechanism both have swivel connectors that clamp the cable.J
