Any suggestions !!! I have a 1988 70hp Evinrude that will start and run fine on ears at home, but will only run about 5 minutes on the water before bogging down and then I will shut it down. I have checked the plugs and the fuel system lines and cleaned the filter, replaced the thermostat and rechecked it for operating properly, and have good flow out the cooling bypass line. It appears to be heat related, but I am stumped at the moment as to any other causes. Any help will be appreciated.
