1988 Crusader 270 thermostat question

I have a 1988 Silverton 30X with twin crusader 270 inboards. The previous owner had a 140 degree thermostat and a 160 degree thermostat in the motors. What is the correct temperature rating for the thermostats? I removed them for winterization and will replace them over the winter and want to order the proper one.
