1988 Capri Cuddy Cabin

We are looking at a 1988 Capri Cuddy Cabin with a Mercury 150HP Outboard motor. Have only seen pictures looks in good shape, the only thing wrong is it needs a new seal on the right cylinder of the tilt trim. (guy has part) Guy asking $3800, just wondering if that is a little high??? Boat has never been in salt water... Any help would be greatly apprecitated.....

That is definitely high for an '88. Perhaps the engine is newer? What size boat are we talking about? If it's a 20' or so it could be worth that if in excellent condition.

The boat is 19', it is a very very clean boat. We looked at it briefly and were surprised as to how clean it was.
