dude, your gonna have to pull the foot off and take her apart.... its the only way to tell... do not run it anywmore till you get this fixed. i am willing to help you for free, as i am local and have many outboards right now in my shop that i work on daily. a waterpump or thermostat job is very quick, about 1 hour... email me if you like, i am in pinellas<br /><br />m ikey
