1988 50 hp force outboard problem

i have a 1988 50 hp force outboard the motor runs great and is on a 1972 checkmate mx15 and i get at full out 30 mph but i have a problem i replaced the spark plugs and when i pulled out the old ones i seen that they had some black oil deposits on them which is normal but when i soked them on gas on the botom of the container were tiny little bits of metal which came from the motor after i went on the water a couple of times with the new spark plugs i pulled them out again and i seen the same thing oil deposits and little tiny bits of metal on the spark plugs i dont no if this is normal or is something wrong with the motor maybe is it the oil that i m using the mix i use is 50:1 i allways put a little bit more what else i seen was that the botom piston spark plug gets more dirty that the top one i dont now if this is normal and what kind of oil is good for this motor rather than that the motor runs great i m happy with it can u help me please

OIL: any tcw-3 rated outboard oil is good, petroleum based or synthetic.

Metal chips are not a good sign. Something is not right.

I would suggest removing the head and inspecting the pistons, rings, and cylinder walls before the damage gets too bad.
