1988-1989 DT-65 Suzuki, Oil injection was removed will not adv. timeing what to do

Oil injection was removed, I don't know if it ever worked properly after that. I have gone through all carbs, fuel pump and flow tested fuel system, all working fine. compression is 140 psi all 3 cyl. spark all three cyl. She won't pull timing in. I suspect that with all the sensors in this oil system that something has to be jumped or grounded so the CDIunit will think the oil injection system (which was removed) is working properly so the buzzers will stop and the CDI unit will put timing in it. I am very knowledgable on marine mechanics however this question is for a Suzuki pro and should be a simple override, but what is it. What all was done when the Oil injection was removed ? and why?
It helps when you give all the info you can up front.
Does the alarm system function now?Are you saying the buzzer sounds all the time?
What is the timing at now at idle and higher RPM that makes you think it is not working properly?

I believe Suzuki's have flow switches in the oil lines that set the alarm,
do you have a service manual for you motor that you can refer to?

I have no idea why the injection was removed, nor does the owner. and we have no idea if it ever ran right after the removal, as he received it like it is not working properly. I can tell no timeing is being put into the motor useing a timeing light. I have replaced the throttle valve sensor and adjusted it, I replaced the coolant flow sensor, and I do have a shop manual. Thanks

is it a suzuki manual? i own a 75hp 1983 its still stock don't know why you would disconnect oil injection. and I under stand you got it this way. and I down own factory manual for 82-83 not sure if its good for later years
