Motor starts, runs 2-3 seconds, then dies. Repair shop previously demonstrated that motor, removed from boat starts in test tank and continues to run.
I then installed on boat with Yamaha remote controls, without changing any settings on motor. Gas is good. Not real familiar with remote control linkage to motor. Looked at Seloc manual. Read about auto choke (prior to wax melting type, has diaphragm and plunger), bimetallic temperature sensor etc. Not capable of carburetor rebuild type work.Thanks
