1987 Suzuki 150 Super Six

I have a 1987 Suzuki SS 150, every once in a while it smokes a minute upon starting, and dies intermittently when accelerating. Other than this, runs great!! Anyone know what the deal is? Please advise!! Thanks

I have seen misadjustment of the throttle cable and linkage cause some problems like you described. If the throttle vane is not opening a little once you are in gear stalling can be common as you accellerate.<br />Check this setup in the manual<br /> Best regards
