First, you need bigger pics.
Second, that boat may not be worth fixing.
Before I would spend the many $1000's and hundreds of hours on its restoration I would make absolutely sure the engine and drive are working.
From what I can see, maybe parting it out and finding another boat would be the sensible thing to do.

Sorry to say but best I can tell from the pics, she may already be dead... the cost to restore would likely be WAY more than the cost to buy a better boat ready to use.

That said the pics really don't show anything much... if the floor is totally solid with no soft spots (hopefully indicating that the stringers and transom are also solid) and if the engine and drive are in good shape then it MIGHT be worth going forward with new seats n such.

The engine is good shape, the floor is gone but I think the transom is still in good shape..

No salty stuff not sunk. Just set under an oak tree for a couple years..

Hi & Welcome. Not too far from you in Kissimmee. I bought an 89 SR 180 BR with a 'soft spot'. One year later and several thousand dollars later, it just needs some new upholstery & carpet. BUT if I knew then what I know now, I would have walked away and spent the $8K it has cost me so far on something newer. If the motor & drives work OK and the hull & fittings are in good condition, then a cheap fix on the floor may provide you with a year of fun, but you'd be sure it was safe.

floor gone = bad news..... chances of stringers and transom being solid are very remote... if the engine and drive are in good shape then the best chance for success is to find a good hull to swap them into

Ok so this is not worth the time nor the money to fix up?

If you have many hours of free labor to put in and thousands of dollars to end up with a boat worth less than you dollar investment.... I think not. If the motor and lower unit are good sell them, take the boat to the landfill, and sell the trailer. You will have a few dollars left toward a boat with fewer problems.

How much do you think the motor and lower unit are worth if it works? And the trailer?
