1987 OMC 2.3L Ford overheating - parts

I have been having overheating problems, so I took off the manifold and the riser, and found that the manifold was rusted through where it meets the riser (seawater could get into the exhaust before the riser) and that all four "exit" holes for water in the riser were fully plugged with rust. 1) can the manifold damage be welded with any chance of success, 2) if not, where can I go for this part, because I'm not finding much on 2.3L OMC exhaust system parts (big parts anyway). Replace both the manifold and riser. When they get like that they are beyond repair.<br />Manifolds and risers are only good for 5 to 10 years, depending on use and care.<br />Here is one possibility for parts.<br /> Dougrussell.com
