1987 force 85 horse shaft length

im trying to find out what the shaft link of my 85 1987 00X1050 858F7B motor is, i really need to know what the length from the transom bracket to the nose cone is, i could check when i get home but i have someone interested in buying it, and i need to know sooner than that. thanks in advance

They came in 2 lengths.This is drive shaft length.
20 and 25 Depending on the boat they were installed on.
A 17 Capri (if you have a Bayliner)I think had a 20 in and the Cuddy had a 25(I think)
The length from the nose cone to the transom could be as much as 30-40 inches again depending on the boat not the motor.
