1987 evinrude 155hp spark issue

1987 evinrude 155hp ,new coils, new wires, new power packs, running the boat in the ocean Rpm about 4500 i can hear a spark in the back of the engine while is running and then suddenly lost power, push back rpm around 2500-3000rpm runs good again any ideas.

What happens if you push the RPM back up again ??

Check the spark plug clearances between the wires and any ground surface. Esp, check the clearance to the cowling latches.

is very close to the cowling latches, how i fix that the wire is short not that long, when I push RPM back comes back to normal
