just purchased a 1987 70 hp that has sat for several years. turns over freely and compression on all 3 cylinders between 125 and 135. cables and wiring had been cut so i will need cables as well as a good manual to help me go thru the carbs, rewire engine to control, and general service procedures. I would appreciate all suggestions.
