1987 175 Evinrude V6 Fuel / oil mix. Fuel recirc / vacuum lines

Hi guys,
I have a 1987 175 Evinrude (E175TXCUA) I have a couple of issues.

1. With the VRO pump removed what is the recommended fuel oil ratio mixture.

2. I had the carbs rebuilt and the vacuum lines / fuel recirculation lines were not marked, I cannot find a manual that matches the check valves under my carbs, I had it hooked up but the check valves were clogged with oil. So obviously it was incorrect, I was sent a 1988 V6 diagram that did not match my situation. I'm looking for advice a picture or a source of information.

3. Where can I purchase or download an original factory service repair manual?

I have redone this entire boat and this is the only thing that is keeping it out of the lake and its nearly July

I also have about an 1/8" of fuel left in the tank, there was water in the gas. I syphoned out a lot but not sure how to get the little bit of gas out, any ideas?

50:1 fuel mix seemed really smoky, does anyone have a fuel mix with the VRO pump removed?
