1987 16.5' Livingston with a 70 and 6 horsepower Johnson 2 stroke motors I need to know about internal water buildup in the hull and how to drain it. It has all the tarps including a Bimini tarp and just spent $7000 to have its control panel rewired, motors reconditioned, Lowrance side-scanning sonar and new steering cable along with all new decals, rod holders, crab and shrimp pot haulers, and outriggers.

Arent Livingston's built similar to Boston Whakers?

If so its a foam filled hull w a liner, no draining it if water has penetrated the foam filled interior.

Correct they are similar to Boston Whalers, however they are smoother in choppy waters and less money to purchase. They also have center consoles. I have 2 Johnson motors, 70 and 6 hp 2 stroke so it does about 50 knots!
