1987 140 hp Evinrude has been siitting for two years won't start

I have a 1987 140 hp Evinrude compression 120 on all cylinders has spark. carbs are getting fuel but seem to be leaking through the front don't seem to be getting fuel to the combustion chamber. Does anyone have a clue what I need to do

After sitting for 2 years I would say a good carb cleaning is in order as a starting point.
