It runs great for while then it slows down to almost a idle. If I let it cool down it will take off? Tell tale shows that it is cooling no warning buzzers.. Not for fuel or overheating? Does the power pack overheat and cause this problem? How can I tell which power pack? The only time it will do it is under a load. It's hard to find the problem in the yard do I need a test prop and if so where can I purchase one?

If you suspect a warm powerpack failure and you are sure that it isn't a fuel delivery issue, you can use a hair drier on each pack and simulate warm conditions while operating on the hose and see if you can pin down your issue.

Found some water in my filter. Whats the best additive to remove water in the fuel tank? Maybe this is the problem.. I hope.

The best way is to just get rid of the fuel, and start fresh. There are additives you can purchase at most auto parts stores though. you can test the diodes in the power pack with an ohmmeter set to high ohms scale.
