I have a 1986 TX-17 Bass Tracker 50hp Mercury and I have ran it fine and all of a sudden it wont turn over. I removed the spark plugs and there was gas all in the plugs and at the bottom of the motor near the carburetor. Does this mean I flooded it and is this what is causing it not to turn over, or what else could it possibly be?????

PLZ HELP!

i went home last night and put the plugs back in and left one out. I connected it and then held it up against the engine block to see if it was getting spark and only two out of four plugs were. So then i changed the plug wires and thats what it was.
