1986 Ns70a

Hey Guru,

Service manual says ohms should be 290 on exciter coil and 20 on trigger coil. Mine reads 299 on exciter and 25 on trigger. Are these readings within an acceptable range or should I be concerned.

The exciter coil is close to perfect. The trigger coil is barely within normal.

Sorry, my post should have read 20.5 not 25. Therefore I'll assume it is well within range. Thanks again.
