So when I first got the boat all gauges and switches worked. I pulled motor out, put new one in, now my gauges still work but my horn, blower, bilge, lights etc., do not work at all. Are they all on one fuse or share a common hot or ground? Maybe I forgotten to hook something up?

That would be my guess. horn and what not should be on a separate circuit. Look at the battery and see if there was another wire laying nearby. The bilge pump comes straight off the bat, thru a float switch to the helm

Reply -- Was a ground wire going to the motor mount on the starboard side & if so was that reconnected? I have seen that cause a lot of issues for the panel & related items.

You know, that may not be connected, but I do remember one being on the other block. So I'm sure there is not one connected now.

As you may be aware the battery ground goes to the engine & the so does the gnd wire from the panel on many boats. If that's loose or missing the engine will run but other things drop out ( gauges etc )
