The oem manual for your engine has dash wiring schematics. Depending on the manufacturer and options it could vary a bit but the broad strokes ought to be correct. Try ebay for best bet, mercury will sell you one but it'll be retail price
FYI the fuel guage is: pink = sender, purple = +, black = -, blue = light
Will say fuel guages rarely have issues opposed to the fuel sender in the tank
