NO spark on any cylinder. Checked the kill switch, it is working fine. I found the wires for the kill switch to each power pack. They ground when the kill switch tether is pulled and show open when the tether is reattached. Any thoughts on what would keep all fours plugs from firing?

Yes, I should have added that I have been charging the battery. Will load test it later. I can test the cranking rpm. What is it supposed to be?

About 250 + RPM.-----If it cranks at 150 RPM there likely won't be any spark from the magneto driven system.

So, yes the battery needs to be charged. Was doing that when I figured why not check the cranking rpm with the plugs out. 450 rpm, still no spark. Found a link to cdi electronics.com. Great info there. Disconnected the yellow wires from the regulator. We have spark. But not equally on all four plugs. Reconnected the yellow wires to the regulator there is still spark there. Looks like I need to be checking the coils and the power pack that feeds them.

Sounds like a bad wire....you had no spark, disconnected a wire, spark, hooked the wire back up and you still have spark. Corrosion.

Not equally on all 4 plugs?

Are you doing a spark jump test on them?
