1986 evinrude 30 hp tiller conversion

I just bought a 1986 evinrude 30 hp longshaft model e30rcdm. The tiller handle mount is on the steering bracket already. Anyone know what else I need besides the tiller handle to complete a tiller handle install? It looks like this year motor uses a cable style throttle cable. looks like maybe I need something to couple the cable to the vertical control shaft on the starter motor side of the powerhead? Looking to do this as economically as possible. Is there anything I will need to know about how to adjust the cable? Hopefully I won't need to mess with timing adjustments. Help please, I appreciate it.

There is no change to motor timing adjustment when installing a tiller.
