1986 e25ecdr starter bracket removal?

If possible if anyone can offer some assistance on how to remove the entire starter bracket for a 1986 e25ecdr 25 HP. I need to remove this in order to to get to the carb. Any insights would be appreciated. The bracket is quite difficult to remove at face value with some hidden bolts.

Zoom in on the below parts breakdown and look in the lower right corner, it shows all the bolts and nuts that hold the bracket on.

thank you, yes that is perfect however that lower hidden one is almost impossible to remove. not quite sure how to attack it but will take a look at it again shortly.

Can you use a flex socket and an extension to reach it?
