As most of you probably know, I recently rebuilt this motor and I am on what I think is my last tank of fuel with oil mix in addition to VRO. (6-8 gallons left and about 2 hours left in break-in)

In any case I went out fishing last night, so didn't run the boat much, but it seemed to miss out/studder. It did this primarily when coming out of the hole and would appear to clear out while under way. It would feel and sound better after getting on plane and going for a bit. There were even a few times on take off, it would stutter, clear out and go.

Does this sound like fouled plugs or a bad power pack or something else? I have had some issues with poor holeshot, which I thought I had worked out. Much better last time out after re-doing the timing.

I normally have been cleaning the plugs before each outing, forgot this past time and the boat had idled for about 5-10 minutes right before loading up the past trip. I have a new set, which I left at home, really didn't want to run them until the break-in was over.

In any case I plan on re-doing timing, and while I'm at it re-check for spark on all cylinders. I'll clean these plugs and put the new ones in the boat. Is there anything else I should look into?

Well I'm going back over that, because I'm going to re-time the boat, so we'll see.
