1986 150 johnson with no power

I just put a johnson 150 on my boat. I was looking over the wiring trying to find out why it wouldn't crank when I touched to wires together now I have no power trim and no power choke what did I fry. The batt is good? I think I didn't plug in start in gear protection wires what did I do wrong how should I wire this?

You may have fried the 20 amp fuse in the wire harness under the cowling.

yeap inline fuse near starter solenoid.
